This was quite a long e-learning module and you can't skip parts to get to the assessment if you're comfortable with the topics. For example, I'm not in a managerial position here (and won't be for some time) but I had to sit through a video on working while pregnant. I'm male, it seems so unlikely that I'll have personal experience of this.
