The course covered what is common sense, that said it's easy to fall into bad habits, it was a good reminder on how we should conduct ourselves in the workplace.

Overall a good course for a time which has largely passed, when DSE users were primarily office based. Now with so many remote laptop workers and workers who work at customers or hotels for a lot of time its largely irrelevant and needs to be updated. The small section on laptops and tablets barely scratches the surface of the challenges faced by DSE workers who spend a lot of time working in conference rooms and hotels.There needs to be an updated or second version addressing these users who have exploded in numbers in recent years.

Very interesting course to help remind us of the importance of DSE also included small daily exercises to help us with our posture and eyesight reminding us if we are straining our body it well effect our overall performance.

Well presented

I found useful the self assessment tool for my workplace station. It made me think of how over the years my office (and home office) setting was not particularly good.
