Good course but I didn't need an unskippable section on Posture when Pregnant as it will be difficult to practise this as a man.
I am a field engineer who uses a laptop to interrogate/log on to equipment. My laptop is either on the floor or on a cabinet 95% of the time. I am not an office worker so this was pointless to me.

An informative course, which kept my interest and very easy to follow.
Whilst most of the content is common senses overtime things are easily forgotten and the course helps refocus on prevention.

Not only the contents are too long, but then quiz, then, assessment, I do think it took an hour to finish thsi.
