the course was not too long and covered the key points to ensure your working environment is to standard. It makes you aware of what you are doing whilst working and brings your attention to anything that you are doing incorrectly.

Yeah - makes you aware of how you are sitting etc. Also to get up/move etc to avoid "dead legs!

The course was informative and well presented with useful summaries. It wasn't too long and having lots of shorter videos is always a positive compared to one long video.
