28 slides taking far too long to get through. Should be split into bitesize guides and done in intervals, not in one go. Interest was lost very quickly therefore.

From someone who uses computers a lot both inside and outside of work, this course is very detailed and gets straight to the point with what people need to do to remain safe within their environments at work. Some things seem obvious, but if all aspects of this course were practiced you can guarantee that life in work would be a lot better for many as well as home life after a day in the office.

This is better than other similar courses I have previously completed.
Quite a fair amount of information to take in. I think that little and often (like the inside man training) acts better as a reminder and a refresher.
Covers each and every occurrence plainly and clearly
Has made me more aware of making sure i work with good posture to prevent muscle soreness and fatigue. And also able to highlight things that im not comfortable with in terms of temperature and noise.
