taught me things i never even thought of while working with DSE
I am a conscious person regarding my health and do always try to maintain the correct posture anyway, but this course added a few things I did not know.
The video course was clear and informative. Having visual explanations helped with the overall theme and points being made. The mini questions interspersed during the topics were good to so as to ensure what was being said was understood/ going in.Shor test at the end was good as as sense check of overall understanding and awareness.
