I would prefer to have a training how to get a doctor appointment before my health got deteriorated by trying to do it
This course is great now most people work from home as it has made me think about the way I am seated in front of my laptop, about getting up and taking breaks. Now that most of us work in lots of different environments we sometimes forget to make sure that we are doing things in the correct way, so this course is a valuable reminder of the Do's & Don'ts
