Well delivered and relevant. As a long term DSE user, I knew quite a lot of the content, but there was still plenty of additional, useful information. I usually dread CBT stuff - but this was one of the best imv.
This could be greatly reduced into a one page document (or less) which would be 10 minutes or less to read and digest. 35 minutes of watching a video doesn't help with the 20-20-20 rule!
