Had to start from scratch 3 times - long
I got disconnected several times and had to restart the training videos from the start 3 times. You should have an option to resume the training from where it was left off.
Common sense
Work do not cover the full value of an eye test, you have to jump through hoops to get specialised equipment so many don't bother
