Mostly common sense but is a good reminder of all the things you can do to make the workstation as comfortable as possible.
I strongly disagree with the statement about having white backgrounds on screens. I have considerable light sensitivity as part of my Aspergers & have every setting to dark mode to cope. White screens give me a similar effect to concussion with white-out spots in my wyes & extreme eye strain.
the course was very useful and good tips on how to keep active and comfortable with using display screen equipment.
