Clear, interesting and good use of different presenters
Very clear and some good tips and stretches for me to do.
The most comprehensive DSE training I have ever received in any company I have worked for. Really interesting and informative and certainly made me think think about my posture and maintaining good habits.
Good too see and understand,not all of that applied to me as I am a mobile tech.
Good training on all aspects of DSE.
Would be useful to allow to speed up the videos rather than watching it at normal speed.
