Since COVID-19, we have been engaged in Work-From-Home where DSE is required a lot. This course covered all the relevant concepts in a nutshell. It ensured that I had the proper knowledge to maintain my health & productivity.

I like how the course is interactive (despite the slightly alarmed looks from my colleagues as I do some of the exercises!). It is useful how it covers smart phones, laptops and working from home as well as the more traditional 'sitting at a desk'. Much more informative and engaging than the old DSE courses.
The course was delivered in a manner that I found easy to understand and follow.
