The structure and overall presentation was very good. Having a visual real life representation felt more natural compared to a drawing/computer animation.

I wish I had received DSE training in my youth (I am now 65) which I feel would have saved me much pain and discomfort over the years. I have a worn disc in my neck due to holding telephone between my shoulder and neck whilst touch typing! Thank you.

It's a good course but it's mostly content that I was already aware of. It's the actual putting it into practice whilst in the office that I personally find the most difficult. The course itself was easy to follow, kept me engaged by asking questions and was separated into sections which made it easier to see how much I had completed.
