Beneficial course to sit as the issues raised are common in the workplace

Can this training be made available at all times and be adjusted to cater for hybrid / hot-desk working. When working at Hatfield it is very possible that an employee will need to use a desk that they haven't before and as there is no control over which days employees work in the office, it is very possible that the employee may even have to work in a area of the building that they have not worked in before. Each hot desk offers different challenges with lighting, reflections, noise and temperature.

This really does make you stop and think about yourself and what is so easy to maintain throughout the day. I will certainly put this into practice more.

Its been a long time since I originally did this course so welcomed the refresh

Course covered main points and videos were clear.

I am a sales engineer always working away so i cannot apply almost all of the recommendation beside taking care of the laptop settings.
