It's quite easy to think you are using equipment correctly, and maintaining good posture and taking sufficient breaks but the course is a good reminder to just stop and pause and check more frequently than I probably do that I am maintaining all these things to remain healthy and focused.
Good advice which makes you think about your posture and simple ways to improve your well being whilst working either from home, in the office or whilst commuting.
