We all know that good posture is important, but often forget how it impacts our lives. We've also learnt our lesson from the Covid pandemic, cleanliness in all aspects of our lives matter - we forget our work equipment should be clean at all times.

I have learnt a lot about adjustment to my equipment before use taking breaks in between instead of waiting till I get tired taking is good for my well being I have also improved on time management
Informative, engaging, important. Thanks for varied formats eg) pictures and videos and writing and combination. Thanks for the transcript which helped, as I have Dyspraxia. It helped me with note taking and retaining knowledge. I'd like this in every course please.
A useful reminder of how we should work.
I'm puzzled why the star rating has a default of 5 stars, it would be more impartial if it didn't suggest what answer I should give. In some parts of the course I struggled to find how to move on or even start the course, the next option wasn't always clear, or when I missed a compulsory question it wasn't highlighted - the screen just didn't offer any obvious options or prompts. Otherwise good.
