All online learning in this way is unengaging and unmemorable. Everyone skips ahead to get through it quicker and no one reads the information, the questions at the end are always easy enough to answer without having to pay attention to any of the course.
The pacing of the video is excessively slow which makes the training session tedious. It would be more useful to be able to simply read the transcript of each section and skip ahead when ready.
Could a cpd certificate be provided for my records? Thanks
The training was broken down into really short snappy segments which kept it from dragging on, there was good short videos that explained everything. The only think I would change would be that the videos autoplayed instead of having to click 'continue' every time you finish a video
Clear, concise and informative content and guidelines.Interesting and factual information surrounding set-up and regular reviews of posture.
wouldnt be sat on a computer for a long time in my line of work

It was a fairy long session for what I feel was mostly common-sense procedures but great as a refresher just seemed to go over the same subject a few times. I would also say that this was one of the more important training sessions as it effects health issues.
Learned that I did not have my DSE set up correctly at home (which I immediately adjusted) and was reminded of the importance of taking breaks.
