The DSE course was a grate advantage and very informative on what a person should and should no do while working in an office environment.

I will accept that I do not require the 'Refresh Rate' of a Gaming PC but when it takes Twice as long to watch each individual Video it is a waste of my time and effort. I choose to Pause the Videos before they begin and go away to do other things so that when I return the Videos can; once started; go completely through to the end in the times stated on their 'Time Line'.

It got me thinking about how I sit, how long I sit for and making sure I get and move about more but also to make sure my eyes get a break too. Id never really thought about that before.

Help explain and made me think about how I work at a computer

Not the most interesting subject matter for many but I always come away from these short informative training sessions learning something new or refreshing where I've slipped into bad habits. I always leave the session with a that was time very well spent. Informative, good pace, level of detail hits the mark and format just right!

I found the course easy to understand and relevant to my work area, I found that after years of working incorrectly at my desk I am now able to work correctly.

The course is very good and the videos are really helpful. I have given 4 stars as I think it would be helpful to have a few more mock questions throughout the course just to ensure information has been retained. Ideally a question or two after each section.
