The course was two long so I had to split it over a few days meaning when I got to the test it was a week since I did the first bit. I feel like it should have been split into smaller courses.
Its far too long and boring
content was very informative and the instructions very easy to follow , But that will depend on the individual following the advice and understanding the importance of looking after ones self to maintain peak physical as well as mental well being , Overall 5 star .
This will definitely keep my mind focused on my posture.
Quite a long time to complete. Maybe ask the questions first and then address and incorrect answers,
Everything in this training was common sense and logical. I do not have the time for an auto-enrolled training on how to sit at a desk or how to look at a screen. This could have been covered in an FYI email.
I enjoyed the course, it had interesting visual examples and the information was clear and concise. I felt a little daunted at first seeing that there were 28 sections, but as they were each quite short and with some quizzes in between it was fine.

Much easier to follow and understand when it is 3D and not 2D. I like the test at the end to make sure, for my personal self that I have indeed understood what I have watched.
