This is very slow paced. Perhaps put a 1.5x option or faster on it? tend to zone out and miss bits because it is not very engaging. Also as before non diverse people - all standard young office types presenting and it is very dull. I zone out listening because the lack of interesting content and pace together make it non engaging.
Very informative. Its easy to forget things like posture and taking breaks away from the screen.
