Very informative with clear concise instructions to follow for my work enviroment.
Informative and well structured. Just one point of contention: it's absurd to suggest that people don't at least attempt to fix a problem themselves first, before going to a manager. It might be quick and easy to fix, in which case it's a waste of time to "immediately" tell your manager.
DSE course was very straightforward and I found it to be informative.
Nicely explained and could be replayed if you needed to refresh any section
This training is like the flight safety briefing on an aircraft. Everyone knows it is important and you should pay full attention. But it is extremely difficult to maintain interest - especially when it is a refresher. I wish I knew how to make these things more engaging, but then again, we all know we need to stop climate change and that's not exactly going well.
