Overall this was clear and concise.
Everything was explained well and shown, so you know exactly what to do. Lots of tips that sometimes you dont think about, like making sure you take regular breaks, moving you eyes away from the screen to focus on something else and stretch exercises.

well presented, but too long
While the content is fine, being forced to watch an incredibly slow video is somewhat annoying.I prefer to read the content so mute the video and read the transcript. I then have to wait several minutes before I can move to the next slide; so I end up doing something else while I wait.
