VERY INFORMATIVE
The course was concise and contained some interesting points which I shall take away and practice! I was a little surprised there was no section on equipment designed to mitigate common issues, like sit stand desks or ergonomic mouse - maybe these are so common its not worth saying?
Takes too long to do. Make these training sessions shorter. Gets boring the longer they go on and you end up doing work in between. Therefore, not totally focusing
Extremely helpful & informative with regards to Do's & Don'ts on what we should be doing on a daily basis & how best to achieve the optimum working comfort whilst carrying out our normal working day. It will also benefit me whilst using my smartphone & laptop when at home

Display Screen Equipment ( DSE) Training has excellent course content that demonstrate how to maintain a good posture, set up a good work station and how to minimise the risk to our physical health when we use DSE. Using DSE will help us to improve productivity and the quality of our work.
The presenters explain everything clearly and it is easy to follow. The test is not too taxing but makes you think about your answers and what you should be doing at your work station.
