The small individual sections were a good idea as it made it easier to follow. The videos were well presented and really made you realize how easy it could be to injury yourself. Both at work or at home.
Easy to follow, educational, informative - and certainly helped me in revisiting my posture/work station and eliminate old/poor practices that have crept in over the years unnoticed.

If the training sessions could be split into 15 minutes, instead of 30 mins and 48 mins. If shorter sessions then you would be able to complete more.
