Usually courses like this can be a bit simplistic and dry, however this was a refreshingly new approach to explaining how some basic modifications to your DSE use can have positive effects for both productivity and wellbeing. The course reinforced some fundamentals but also introduced some new concepts that I will be personally implementing both when working from home, or the office.

Unfortunately, the content does not allow you to skip sections which are not applicable. For me this was the pregnancy, standing and single monitor sections - for others this could include laptop and dual monitor use etc.
The course is well presented and does point out the things we really need to consider and do while we work using a display screen equipment
