I thought the On-line training for DSE is certainly on-par if not better than "Other" DSE training sessions which i have undertaken, I felt that the training duration was right and liked the way the sections were split-up

Good reminder of common sense and some good ideas regarding exercises that you can do at your desk to relieve tiredness, eyestrain etc. Thank you.
Useful guidance on avoiding wrist, neck and back strain, improved my awareness of the impact of seating position and the importance of glare avoidance which was very useful,
Too much repetition from the other course
It was a very comprehensive and easy to understand. Good to have completed the training and learn more about how to properly use the equipment we use on a daily basis.
