This is an incredibly easy to follow training course, that embeds the practices and behaviours required to effectively utilise DSE, ensuring employees understand fully how they should / shouldn't operate their equipment. It provides clear insight into how best to prevent any short or long term negative medical effects from not setting up and utilising equipment correctly.
Useful to check the functionality of the workspace and provides some paratactical guidance to maintaining good posture. Very good. Thank you.

Very thorough content, actually included elements I didn't think about before. Excellent and clear explanations throughout, and the test at the end had good questions

The course was good but it could have been more tailored than it was. For example, give the opinion to watch the bit about pregnancy rather than make everyone watch it if it doesn't apply.
Provides really good hints and tips. Helpful guides as to how to position equipment, best posture and body positioning. Advice on taking breaks and taking care of your body.
