A good reminder of how to keep good posture when working on the computer, as it is easy to to slip back into bad habits. Since this training I have improved my posture and feel much better for it

This course was very informative and helped me to improve my comfort at my workstation. I was able to learn many new tips such as the 20-20-20 rule and what is the correct way to sit at my desk, etc. There were great videos with helpful visuals that went along with the information given. There was many topics covered within the course that I will be able to use daily to help improve my comfort at my desk.
