Having taken this sort of course with a previous employer, I thought I knew everything I needed to know, but this course was far more informative. Although most of the information 'should' be common sense, this course not only reminded me of what was required, it fine-tuned what I already knew.
was helpful on some content regarding posture but some other information was repetitive and course could be shorter with same context of information.

I don't normally comment on things that we have to do at work, but I'll make an exception here. Repetitive, mind-numbingly boring and far too long for anyone with any modicum of common sense. How can you stretch this out to 32 minutes of video? 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back!
Found this course very informative on how to deal with current aches and pains but also how to prevent any future issues.
Excellent course to help avoid unnecessary harm in the workplace. Easy to follow, short and engaging videos.
