Helpful

Straight forward on how to complete the course. And helpful on identifying what equipment I may need whilst at my workstation to support my sciatica recovery. Would have been more helpful if the results/suggestions of equipment were automatically sent to my line manager.

Helpful and informative DSE Training

This training course is easy to follow whilst being informative and helpful. It's good when you're not overloaded with to much information, I felt the balance was right!

Hopefully my comments on the chair are seen 😊

Some new realisations and good refresher

Bit long, perhaps way to just focus on high-priority/less well-known content - e.g. laptop should be eye-level, maximum/minimum reach, workstation checklist (e.g. Back is upright, shoulders back and relaxed, Upper arms close to body, Elbows bent at right angles, Forearms horizontal, Wrists and hands, straight as possible)

Really thorough

A really excellent course! I've worked for a few organisations over the years and this is by far the most useful comprehensive and engaging version I've ever come across- thank you

This course contains lots of useful info

I found this course to be really useful, as along with reminding us of the correct way to do things, it covered things that are all too easy to forget about - such as taking breaks before you feel tired, the 20/20/20 rule, stretching and to remember your posture at all times, even on mobile devices.
