Very informative and looking at various aspects, I was particularly surprised to see how incorrect set up of equipment relates to stress. It is not an aspect I have considered before. The information communicated is clear and concise and the extra resources are a bonus.

Possibly the best online DSE training course that I have been exposed to. Clearly presented with excellent descriptions of correct use and posture. The additional resources are of a high standard. I particularly like the explanation/demonstration of the stretches.
