A simple, easily understood course that is very important for DSE users. The importance of the correct set-up and checks are something that users don't understand until its to late and get lasting problems that they blame on their work rather than themselves for not working smarter and healthier.

Good reminder of what I should do to prevent aches and pains, headaches, etc, while working with DSE(at work or remotely). Also highlights the importance of screen breaks, alongside a good DSE set up, and general environment, to reduce stress levels/help ensure stress levels are minimised.
