Thank you, this course has helped me very much in making my workstation more comfortable. Good timing too as I've been experiencing back ache and neck ache. Excellent tips on taking breaks and stretching - we're all guilty of sitting in the same position for too long!

individual videos are not lenghty which encourages you to keep going. The training program is also very detailed
I really appreciate the course and I learned a lot in my work place, how e position work materials such as key board, monitor and the mouse in front of you.
