Excellent course which ensures a thorough understanding of the course to apply when using workstation and personal software equipment; also includes useful practical demos.

Like most on-line courses it was relevant and a good reminder as to posture etc as we do get into bad habits. Quick course that was straight forward and to the point.

Thank you, this course has helped me very much in making my workstation more comfortable. Good timing too as I've been experiencing back ache and neck ache. Excellent tips on taking breaks and stretching - we're all guilty of sitting in the same position for too long!

individual videos are not lenghty which encourages you to keep going. The training program is also very detailed
