I read the transcript rather than listening to the audio, but there was no means of moving the slides on once the transcript was read until the video ended. Means the whole thing lasted far too long for very obvious information. Should have taken 5 minutes to whizz through transcript, instead took 30 minutes of my time.

The information given during the online training was very clear. It was thorough and made me think about how I sat and had everything positioned at my desk. It also made me think about taking breaks more and adjusting my habits as required. Would recommend to others.

The course covers a bit more than training I've had in the past, including more on portable equipment and wellbeing while using DSE. It is still fairly concise and the information is delivered well.

Found this very interesting and it makes you re-check your workstation/posture and draws you back to how things should be. Always good as I spend a lot of time at my desk.
