easy to understand and follow - concise and to the point - made interesting without overly "preachy"
Easy to understand and offers helpful tips. It's a good reminder to adjust and check you are still set up correctly at your workstation and to keep moving. It's too easy to sit still for too long and not look away. Also to remember to check your remote or home station too if you have one.
