For those that spend a lot of time looking at the screen (I know that you must also regularly look away from the screen), the monitor screen refresh rate is very important and it must be a minimum of 100Hz! Yes, I am aware that a lot of monitors are only 60Hz. If you don't believe me, that is OK as my friend also did not believe me either until she ended going to an eye specialist and started using eye drops. When she finally listened to me and changed her monitor to a higher refresh rate, she noticed a big improvement with her eyes.
A good course with clear explanation and easy to understand examples given.
