The course is well planned and illustrated and the speaking voices of the presenters are clear and well modulated.
I only really use a laptop in the field to communicate with panels that are always in electrical cupboards and riser cupboards. Im always standing holding my laptop. The rest of the time I’m using my phone forever thing even typing this.

Gave me all the information I needed to recap previous training done a while ago but also new information I will be aware of.
A very much needed training session. Has improved my experience working at the desk and also the team feel energised and motivated by making the necessary changes suggested in the training. Super helpful and would recommend an annual refresher.
