Easy to follow. Short sections, easy to take in and remember

There was a lot of good detail and advice, however it took a long time to complete in comparison to similar DSE training I've done before.

Course was simple and straight forward. easy to follow and covered subject matter efficiently

Although I have been using DSE,I was not aware of certain tips which I learned during training. i.e.20-20-20 Body posture

The training provided an interesting and engaging presentation of the considerations and requirements, together with practical examples to demonstrate.

I found the course very clear and concise and easy to follow. It covered the full range of scenarios and highlighted how the importance of correct posture and taking regular breaks can improve your over all physical health.

Presenters are engaging and the "chapters" short to allow you to practise what they are preaching in terms of taking breaks etc! The demonstrations of exercises is particularly helpful.

I found training to be very thorough and put over all the important points very succinctly & concisely.
