I thought the course was easy to follow and the fact that it was able to be viewed over 28 slides made it easier to maintain concentration. The instructions for staying healthy whilst working with DSE were practical and doable.

another one that was too long and a bit repetitive - to say you should not look at the screens for long periods, this made you stare for too long which was against the principals in the video to start with
