A useful refresher

Course was new and refreshing; good to see the course containing all equipment, desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smart phones. First time a DSE course talked about the importance of cleaning the equipment as well which was very good.
The content is paced like an ant pushing a brick across a desert. I got through three cumbersome videos before seeing if I could just click past them to get to the test. I could. I then answered twenty obviously leading questions and got a score of 100% having barely even read the answers I was clicking on. I suffer with multiple DSE-related problems and entered really ready to be receptive but your delivery lost me almost immediately. If you can't interest a person with DSE-related issues then who are you reaching? Educationally bankrupt.

Some of the questions for this one seem to be there to trick you, because they aren't wrong but the other answer is better. This seems to be the only one that I have done like this and it seems a little unfair. This would be better if just wrong or right not ambiguous.
