A good outline of DSE training describing employee and managerial responsibilities.
Very interesting and informative video and lots of tips I was not aware of. I work from home and will certainly take on board this information and use it daily especially the tired eyes section. The posture I am already aware of as I had back surgery a few years ago now but since then my back is weak and a some of the time very painful.
Being predominantly as a DSE staff in my company, I have a much higher awareness and understanding on DSE impact on my health, mental stress and work productivity. After completed the course online, I feel that all DSE users in my company must attend this course. The course has been arranged in a way for easy understanding and it makes me never forget few important things like posture, breaks, 20-20-20 rule and station set-up from the course. Great course with excellent presenters.
Not an outstanding course, a bit 'going through the motions'

Training was great as it was not using CGI, but actual people to demonstrate the proper activities. Therefore it was more realistic in how I actually behave.
Nice to see the added content for agile working, bi/vari-focal aspects and phone/pad/laptop use
