This training is far too long and it is a waste of time this can be covered better and quicker , 28 videos , i cant believe it takes that time I will not do this again

Excellent training video. Covered all aspects of DSE User health and well-being. This includes the importance of taking regular breaks away from DSE equipment and the need to keep the work-station frequently clean, to avoid the risk of acquiring disease and infection. Other topics included the correct set-up of the work-station and stretching exercises to avoid muscle fatigue, aches and pains. Eye health was also considered.

A comprehensive DSE training programme, well delivered.
I would agree this type of training is mandatory at induction stage, however it is unnecessary to have to take the full training every year (or in this case the third time in the last twelve months). A simple 10 minute reminder of the key pointers should suffice.
