Very good and acts as a reminder to take breaks.
course was used based on either a home or office based user, seem to ignore or just glance at those in the field.t Ergonomics of body posture is used on old posture studies, and not taking into account more recent studies. Otherwise was a good DSE
A good course that provided lots of information. Like the videos that show things like how to adjust work station and showed how to do exercises. Think the bullet points at the end of each section is really helpful.

This is a much more comprehensive introduction than any of the other DSE courses I've done and the fact that it is integrated into some of the other health and safety courses gives it a more solid and balanced feel.
The training allowed me time to assess my home work station. It also reminded me about general health and best practices when working with DSE for most of my work day.
