I've followed this type of courses quite a few times, and addressed (and keep addressing) the concerns related to equipment and setup years ago already. I feel that this was a good course in it's kind (content / Quality) but also I resent to have to (mandatorily) follow something like this every year, in my opinion not fully in my own interest, but probably for some company accountability reason. At best it's a good reminder to keep paying attention to posture etc. because honestly I do let that slip sometimes.
I did this prior to the homeworker module. Both were good, with good content. But I think I'd have been better just doing homeworker as there is duplication.
I did feel as if I was aware of the majority of the information I was given but also felt that it was good to be reminded in order to look after my posture.

A good detailed course with a test at the end.
Very good.
The course helped highlight the incorrect set-up of my workstation and my overall posture.

a lot of points are repeated & it's a lot to sit through in one session
Good to get an update. Very helpful information which I am following as much as possible but nothing mentioned about under-desk cycling machines (which I have).
