I found this course very easy to follow and understand. I liked that it was divided into short stages. I found it very informative
This was a useful unit. I knew about posture and so.forth but found the information about light sources and preventing eyestrain particularly helpful. You are right, too, to underline the importance of changing position and moving frequently.
