Very clear, but could possibly be a little more concise with less repetition of a few points.

A couple of glitches but on the whole - it was bearable
The course is a very good reminder on the importance of good posture and ensure regular breaks are taken especially as most of our work is done on the computer whether that is working remotely at home, in the office or in the classroom.
