The course was a very useful refresher on how best to work whilst using computers and phones. I liked the idea of the stretching exercises which I will try to build in to my daily routine.

The information is presented really well. I have done e-learning before and it has all been reading slides which becomes quite dull. Have presenters, short videos and graphics is great.
