Easy to follow and delivered in bit size chunks
Good training but a bit of a tick box exercise, especially for home workers, we're given an allowance for buying work from home equipment but it's not enough to cover everything. Most of mine was taken up with buying a decent chair. You then have to buy other stuff yourself or go without. If something gets broken or stops working, there's no budget left to replace it, so you have to manage or fork out yourself. This disproportionately affects lower paid workers more. Same for hotdesking, equipment is often not in a good state of repair. No one actually in the office to report it to.

I found the course really useful and learned different techniques about posture and level for the laptop to be sitting on the desk instead of looking down at it all the time
The video and commentary was very easy to follow and understand. It was good to include additional resources along side the relevant sections. The regular reminders were helpful and the mini test were well spaced out. The assessment was quick and easy to follow
