I thought this training module started well but it soon started to irritate me rather than educate. There was too much repetition and the delivery was almost children's TV presenter style in parts. I know all the info is for my benefit so I'm grateful for it, but I found myself zoning out towards the end. Sometimes less has more impact - it could have been shorter without compromising the content.
